Climb the monument. It can be a bit of a workout, but just take your time and stop when you have to. It's a great experience and the views from the top are awesome.

Before going there, make your way to the museum directly across from the monument to get a free ticket to climb up to the top. You'll get the best view of Boston's awesome skyline!

You get to climb 294 steps to the top of the monument...before you do so make sure to get a free pass from the museum across the street

I always enjoy coming here its not the most breathtaking but once you see the history and go to the top and climb those stairs something historic about it maybe it’s the numbers on the stairs

I imagine on a sunny day the view over Boston is spectacular. I went on a rainy day, and you could still see a lot. It's 295 steps so make sure you're full of energy!

Beautiful park to relax. Be wary of the climb - it’s about 300 steps and you have to pass people on the narrow stairway! Worth it though, in my opinion.
